Finished Wiring Harness Requirments
The wire harnesses should be parallel and not moving. Wire ties or cable ties shouldn’t snag any wires, but make sure they're secure enough so the wire doesn't move out of place during the shipping process.
It is important not to twist the cores when inserting them, but also to make sure they are tight enough so as not to allow any movement.
The terminals of each sub-material number, HOUSING, and D-SUB must match the markings on their respective positioning boards.
When setting up your wire routing, pay attention to which direction the sub-materials are facing. You should arrange them in this order on a positioning plate so they can be easily fed through holes at an angle like what's shown above.
To get the most secure tying, your rope should move vertically out of its lower side.
Tie wire should be tightened, and the tail should not exceed 1mm
In order to keep their tails intact, ropes are tied at about 10mm intervals with two separate bundles of 25 mm-wide cord.
The only way to ensure that your rope is safe and free from risk, it's important for each end of the cordage to be killed at either its beginning or end.
When tying off the cord, make sure not to twist or loop it. The connector must be stuck on a nail with enough force for them both and then tied so as not to cause any harm if pulled too hard by another object such as your finger!

The quality standard of wiring harness assembly
After the harness is assembled into a finished product, the wiring harness line conduction rate should be tested and required to reach a conduction rate of 100%, with no short circuit, short circuit, or wrong circuit phenomenon. At the same time, we also need to have the quality standards required by the wiring harness customers and provide safety and quality assurance certificates when packaging.
Each step of the harness assembly and testing process is meticulous and strives for excellence, in accordance with the ISO9001:2000 quality management system to regulate operational requirements.
