Metra 70-1721 Wiring Harness for Acura, Suzuki, and Honda vehicles from 1998 to 2013

Installing a Pioneer double din car stereo (or single din radio) is as simple as plugging it in and going. Fits only Pioneer radios. (Pioneer connector attached to a Metra 70-1721 type connector)

The Honda connector receives a wire for the steering wheel controls (This signal is unique - the signal is not provided on most aftermarket install harnesses) The AXXESS ASWC-1 can be connected to this.

The Pioneer connector provides signals for E-brake, reverse, and vehicle speed. A steering wheel control interface can be connected using the +12v (Red) and Ground (Black) connections that are available.

The Pioneer connector is already pre-wired to accommodate your Honda or Acura's Metra 70-1721 type connectors. Just plug it in to start using it!

If you require the reverse, vehicle speed, and e-brake signals, you must also connect them. Depending on the module and the instructions that came with it, additional connections to the steering wheel control module could occasionally be required.

The 2004 Honda Accord will fit, but I advise getting the dash kit first. Depending on the dash kit you're choosing, the AC controls might need to be removed along with the OEM radio. If you require assistance, contact AutoHarnessHouse.com service. They can splice this into the dash kit.
