First, make a cut in the Lightning terminal's plastic casing so that a fixed steel sleeve can be spot welded underneath.

 

A steel sleeve with a spot weld wrap around it protects the interior. One end is filled with sealant, and the other end is put together with a plastic ring.

To provide grounding, shielding, and fixing work, the steel sleeve ties the cable at the end.

Remove the two-piece spot-welded fixed steel sleeve that was secured and protected the Lightning terminal by being spot-welded to it.

The male connector is a non-full pin design, where the two pins near the outer negative terminal are lengthened and connected to the charger's internal terminal for grounding, a proprietary design for Apple C to L cables and chargers.

 

 

 

Slice the data line and look at the cross-section. Five cores with insulating skin are visible; the positive power core has two red cores, the inner core is thicker, the CC core has a blue thin line in the middle, the USB 2.0 core has white and green, and the negative power core in the outer area is bare wire core.
