UL2464 Shielded Cable

Overview

Shielded wire, is a transmission wire that uses a metal mesh braid to wrap the signal line. The braided layer is generally made of red copper or tinned copper, a wire with a metal braided casing specifically used to reduce the impact of external electromagnetic fields on power or communication lines. UL2464 Shielded Cable is double shielded and has anti-interference and shielding effect. 1. The UL2464 Shielded Cable is widely used in signal transmission. First, it can reduce the influence of external electromagnetic fields on power or communication lines, and also has the effect of preventing the lines from radiating electromagnetic energy to the outside.

2. Shielded wire can not be twist into one bundle.

3. Shielded cable must be grounded securely to make the ground resistance smaller.

4. It should not be stripped too long, otherwise may result in too much signal line exposure

5. Multipoint grounding is not allowed, there is a potential difference between the points.
