UL 1015 Wire can be used for internal connections in electrical equipment. It consists of insulating layer and conductor. It is wrapped with a PVC insulating layer, and the inner conductor should be divided into two types: bare copper and tinned copper according to normal standards. The wires are produced and tested according to UL758 standard (including temperature resistance, pressure resistance, aging and other tests). It has passed the UL VW-1 and CSA Ft1 vertical flame resistance tests with uniform insulation thickness.

Structure

Difference between UL1007 and UL1015 Electrical Wire
The two main differences between these types of Electrical Wires are the outer diameter and rated voltage.
UL1007 is designed for 300V, with an ovals size measuring at .016 inches in circumference while 1015 enables 600V capacity but has larger dimensions at 0.30inch, which means it can handle higher levels electric current without breaking down so quickly under pressure during installation.
