Process

LAN Cable Manufacturing Process is important in cable production.

1) Through the series integration machine, the oxygen-free copper rod is drawn to the corresponding conductor. And then the high-density polyethylene plastic is added to make the corresponding core wire. The core wire is eight colors: blue, white-blue, orange, white-orange, green, white green, brown, white brown.

2) Using a twisting machine, the cores are twisted together according to the corresponding color and the twisting distance.

3) The twisted cores are put together in a cable-forming machine.

4) The cable is passed through the machine, and the environmental protection PVC is pressed out. And then sprayed with the corresponding product code content.

5) The machine automatically rolls the cable and then puts it into the corresponding packaging outer box, or it can be cut according to the specified number of meters.

6)Quality control personnel send a sample of finished products to the engineering department according to a certain ratio, and then inspect the products with network analyzers, or Fluke and other equipment. The finished product data meets the standard before it is registered in the warehouse and waiting for shipment.

Difference between UTP, FTP, SFTP

UTP: Unshielded twisted pair cable, without metal shielding material on the outside, only a layer of insulating rubber wrapped. Cheap has the strongest attenuation, has good flexibility, has convenient wiring, not easy to cause a fire.

FTP: aluminum foil shielded network cable, more than the UTP layer of aluminum foil, the price is relatively moderate, not so popular, relative to the UTP signal attenuation reduction

SFTP: It adds a layer of tinned copper braided network on top of FTP's aluminum foil. The price is generally twice that of FTP, but its performance is more optimized than the previous two categories, the weakest attenuation, stronger pull, determined to be less flexible.
